Paradox Marine   Marie Magellan packages


The Marine Magellan Value Package is essentially a lower cost version of the Marine Magellan Premier package.

There are two versions of the Value Package to cover different price points. The least expensive package consists of the white 6130 head unit. This Marine Magellan head unit allows for one-way voice call only. You will still receive a voice call informing you of your vessel's name and alarm then your only option will be to press # twice and acknowledge the alarm.


The package also includes the Artion GSM cellular communications device, a remote key fob, one door contact and one single optical passive infrared motion detector (dual optical PIR used in Premier Package). The other Value Package has all of these features and adds the monitoring features; low battery voltage sensing, high water sensing and smoke sensing.

The Value Packages use 12 Volts DC and do not have battery backups. Other differences from the Premier are that there is no speaker phone, message center and FM radio.
